The prices are indicated in canadian dollars and are only valid at the date the purchase order was sent by the consumer. They do not include the applicable taxes and the shipping fees, that will be charged in extra, and will be showned before the validation process. The Quebec residents will have to pay GST and PST, the residents of New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundlands and Labrador will pay the HST and the residents of Canadian provinces non listed above, will pay GST. The whole payment must be processed during the order. At no time, the amounts paid may be considered as deposits. Top
To complete the order payment, the consumer dispose, according to his choice, of the payment methods listed in the order form. The consumer certifies Elzed’or Gifts and Decor that he has the necessary authorization to use the chosen payment method, during the validation process of the order. Elzed’or Gifts and Décor reserve itself the right to suspend the order and delivery in case of an authorization refusal from the official organization or in case of non payment. Elzed’or Gifts and Décor reserve itself the right to refuse delivery or to honor an order from a consumer that wouldn’t have paid totally an order, or who has an unsolved payment settlement that would be in process. Elzéd’or Gifts and Decor has put in place an order verification proceedings, to insure that no one uses the bank coordinates of another person without his consent (this will be used only, if there is a certain doubt). During this verification, the customer will be asked to send via fax a document to prove his identity and/or his place of residence. The order will not be validated until after receiving and verifying the information by our employees. Top
The order will be processed at the latest 3 days from the day following the date where the consumer placed his order. In case of inavailability of an ordered product, because of our supplier, the consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the opportunity of cancelling his order. The consumer will have the choice to either ask for a reimbursement within 30 days or to exchange with another product. Top
If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, it is your responsibility to inform us within 24 hours of your order, by contacting the customer service department at info@elzedor.ca . Otherwise, your order might be already processed and shipped. After this delay, we reserve ourselves the right to refuse the cancellation and we will process your request like a returned article. Top

If you are unhappy with your purchase, then email info@elzedor.ca within 25 days of the shipment date, for an return authorization code. We will refund your full purchase price less the shipping charge. Items must be returned in there original packaged. Top

If a purchased item includes a product guarantee or warranty, follow the instructions on the guarantee or warranty for repair or replacement. Top
Items damaged during shipment:
If you receive merchandise damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@elzedor.ca within 25 days of the shipment date, so that we can submit a claim immediately. We may ask you to return the item back to us and we will credit you or replace the item at our discretion.
We recommend that you carefully examine your order as soon as possible, in order to make sure of the quality of the products. This will also insure you, to advise us within the above mentioned delay if a problem occurs with a product.
