Shipping & Handling rates
Shipping rates are calculated according to the location where the package is to be shipped, the country, the size, and the weight of the box. We do combine shipping on multiple items and offer shipping rebates on orders over 90$. A small fee is included in our shipping cost to cover the cost of boxes, fillers, and other materials needed. Also included in the shipping fee, is insurance on every package, to cover, damages, loss and pilferage. A Tracking number will be forwarded to you via email to help you trace your package.
U.S. Orders
All orders will be delivered by U.P.S. Ground unless you require a Rush Order for which the carrier would be DHL. All though a physical address is recommended we do accept to deliver some packages to P.O. Boxes, but unfortunately we can not offer this service at the same cost.
Canadian Orders
All orders will be delivered by Canada Post, a physical address is required. Please note that all custom fees and brokerage fees are covered within the shipping & handling fee. You will have no additional fees to pay, when you receive your package. It’s a no surprise package.
Delivery:
United States: The shipping delay is one week within the continental U.S.
Canada: All Canadian orders are shipped on Tuesdays; the shipping delay is at the most 2 weeks delay from the Tuesday following your order date.
During the purchase process you will have the choice of having the item shipped to a different location other than the billing address. This is a great way of purchasing and sending to someone as a gift. Shipping rates will apply according to the location where the item(s) is (are) being shipped to. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
